PCIT

Parent-Child Interactive Therapy

PCIT Parent-Child Interactive Therapy is an evidence-based therapy designed to strengthen the relationship between parent and child, improve parenting skills, and reduce problem behaviors in children. Through the use of techniques such as play, praise, and problem-solving, parents and children can learn effective communication and discipline strategies.

SPACE

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions

Space is a recently developed cognitive behavioral treatment that focuses on training parents to shift from accommodating your child’s anxiety to learning supportive skills to help your child through it. This is particularly helpful when the child is not independently motivated to engage in treatment.

PMT

Parent Management Training

Parent Management Training (PMT) is a service offered by our child therapists that helps parents learn how to effectively manage their child's behavior. Through evidence-based strategies, PMT helps parents develop skills that will enable them to create a positive home environment for their child. With this service, parents can gain the confidence and skills needed to effectively respond to challenging behaviors.

CBIT

For Tics

Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) is a specialized form of therapy designed to help children and adolescents manage their tic symptoms. CBIT focuses on helping the child identify triggers and develop coping strategies to better manage and reduce tic symptoms. It also works to increase awareness of the tic and the child's ability to control it.

COM-B

For Trichotillomania

COM-B for Trichotillomania is a specialized service offered by our experienced child therapists. We use an advanced approach to help children overcome the physical and emotional symptoms of Trichotillomania, providing them with the tools and support they need to cope and thrive. 

ERP

Exposure & Response Prevention

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based treatment used to help children reduce anxiety and fear. It involves gradually exposing the child to their fear or anxiety-producing situations while teaching them to respond in a different way.
